1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of vivakoutourcosmetics.com and any purchases made through our store. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these terms. Our store is operated by Viva Koutour Cosmetics, based in the United States.

2. Products We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Product colors and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee your device's display will be perfectly accurate.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in the applicable local currency. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be received before an order is processed.

4. EU Consumer Rights — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, contact us at vivakoutourcosmetics@gmail.com. Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery, for hygiene reasons.

5. Returns & Refunds For EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. 6. Shipping Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. For EU orders, estimated delivery is 7–21 days (standard) or 3–5 days (express). We are not liable for delays caused by customs or carriers.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and product designs — is the property of Viva Koutour Cosmetics and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, Viva Koutour Cosmetics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
