1. Order Processing Time
We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

Holiday Season: During peak holiday seasons, please allow 3–4 business days for processing. These timelines are subject to change based on USPS holiday hours and federal regulations.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily utilize USPS to ensure reliable delivery of your cosmetics, skincare, and fashion items.

Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after the order has been processed, depending on your location and the USPS service selected.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has reached the "Shipped" status. This email will contain your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Delays
While we guarantee that your package will leave our facility within our stated processing times, Viva Koutour Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS), weather events, or incorrect address entry by the customer.
