Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Holiday processing may take 3–4 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, primarily through USPS.

Returns

All cosmetics and skincare sales are final. Fashion and accessories may be returned within 30 days when unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags. Customers pay return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order issues

Tracking is emailed when your order ships and may take up to 24 hours to activate. For a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, email vivakoutourcosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.
